Event Work

Keynote Speaker

As woman who wears many hats, including dance mom, business owner, and certified life and wellness coach, I have a wealth of expertise and experience to share. I am a speaker at dance teacher summits, women's retreats, business wellness events, dance conventions, competitions, dance studios, universities and performing arts schools.

Dance Industry Leader Workshops

As a leader in the dance industry I personally know how stressful the dance world can be.  I also know how beautiful and peaceful it can be too.  Your vibe attracts your tribe, and as leaders, we too need to create healthy boundaries within ourselves and our businesses in order to thrive and pour onto our people without draining ourselves. I coach other leaders on how to stay true to their vision and keep their experience positive within their walls. I teach studio directors, competition owners, convention directors, university professors methods to enhance their community, keeping their dancers and dance moms engaged, supporting one another and bringing unity throughout your journey.

Each workshop is designed toward the leaders’ goals. I can support you in fostering a less stressful and more positive community, soliciting constructive feedback from parents and dancers, organizing team-building events, and encouraging mentorship programs to strengthen connections within the dance industry.

As the mom to a daughter and son who danced competitively in Aubrey’s studio over the last 15 years, I am compelled to share with other Dance Moms and studio owners how transformational her leadership style has been for my kids. Both entered Aubrey’s studio as quiet, introverted and unconfident in their dancing abilities. However, Aubrey’s values around personal growth over perfection, emphasizing community over creating individual stars, and creating an inclusive environment where my son, who was often the only male dancer in the studio, could feel comfortable and accepted, have allowed her dance studio to become a safe space for my kids. I know the same is true for countless others. Other studio owners would benefit greatly in learning how Aubrey brings out the best in her dancers in terms of how to experience maximum joy in dancing and how best to support her dancers, teachers and parents in the process!
