Dear Husband

Dear Husband,

There is going to be a life without messes to clean, without toys to pick up,

without dishes left in the sink.

There will be a time his messy bed won't be messy and her room that we can barely walk in, will be neatly made everyday.

Dear Husband,

There will be a time when we won't be driving them back and forth from their friends houses, picking up others along the way- driving to sports events, waiting for him to finish practice- freezing cold nights at the barn while she lives her best life jumping her horse over and over again- while we hold our breath and feel our hearts move at the same time.

There will be a time when illnesses that once kept us all home...together- won't be. There will be a time it will be quiet and wet towels won't be left on the floor (except the ones left by you.)

Dear Husband,

Let's not rush this time because I'm absolutely loving this time with YOU.

Watching you be Daddy, Pops, worrier, warrior, our backbone, our strength, our force.

Dear Husband, I wouldn't change one moment.

Not one.

All the highs and lows- I'd live them over and over again with you and with them. ❤
