people pleasing,

less self-judgement,

It's pretty incredible how the colors of my life have brightened, deepened, & even have a sharpened edge to them than ever before. 💫

It's confidence building, heart expansion, & healing all happening concurrently.

By leaning into my Angels-

I no longer carry the weight of stress & worry in my body. When it builds up, I turn to my 6-week guide I developed & dive deeper. 🌱

I gave up holding onto resentments of the past a long time ago & choose not to be anxious about the future.

I stopped caring what others thought & started listening to my own voice - speaking my own truths & honoring myself.   🙏

I choose to live in the present time right now & not rush life- no matter what storms I'm experiencing. ✨️ everything has a lesson, a silver-lining.

I choose to let my kids be kids, do what makes THIER HEARTS happy & eyes light up, not living through them.

I surrender, having control, & choose to ride the waves 🌊of life. Balanced.

I am HARVESTING & savoring MOMMA JOY, embracing being a woman & discovering this current version of ME.

I practice surrendering any fear or worry- the 'what ifs' - & instead welcome open doors, changes, & growth opportunities. 

I live at a very heightened, self-aware space inwardly, a perspective shifting experience that has truly been an awakening connection with the friendship inside of myself.
