Take the Time. Do the Work.

I've devoted my life to establishing strong, loyal, honest relationships with people. The most important relationships are the ones I have within the walls of my home. 

With myself, 

my husband, 

my son and my daughter. 

My son and I have a fierce strong, bonded by heartstrings relationship. 

I am his person. 

He is my heart of gold.

He is a compassionate empath who lives life heart forward- just like his Momma.

Chase and I have an unspoken kind of understanding of who each other is and where our love lies. And our love flows for everyone- Humanity, animals, the ocean, time spent, the little things and being present. 

This beautiful relationship didn't happen overnight. I spent a lot of time doing a lot of inward work- by letting LOVE in opened up so much space and opportunity to let others in and taught me just HOW to listen and learn about others likes, dislikes and how everyone holds their own love language. 

If you're a Momma reading this, I'm sure you know being a teenager is really hard these days. Its a different . 

This is just an example of a driving force in my life coaching journey. I love seeing people HAPPY and supporting healthy relationships. 

There is enough LOVE to go around .

No matter how old your children are, there's no better time like the present to START building that authentic relationship you may yearn for. 

You're never too old and it's NEVER too late.
